I did good today

Because I jogged for the first time since…err….umm….November maybe?

I went for 20 minutes, and made it along my usual “short” route, which is about 2 and 1/2 km.

It was cold and my feet got numb and wet, and my throat and ears were burning, and a few times I thought I was gonna vomit, and when I got home I was convinced I was having a stroke.

But I did it. And I feel great now.

Amazing how just one good workout can make me feel thinner and prettier and healthier. Not that I am any of these things.

Yet.
