Places to waste time

Lately I have been finding it harder and harder to keep occupied. I am tired of online games and the bulletin boards I always visited so much are just not as interesting.

I blog sometimes, but often have little to say these days. I am working (which could be interesting to blog about, but I don’t!), big and uncomfortable, and spending too much money. Really, what else is there? Oh, I have heartburn, and still pee when I sneeze, and sometimes when I cough. Really, that’s my life right now. The girl is busy with school, the man is busy with the girl (as I am too lazy!).

I read blogs…but have to admit I have always enjoyed writing my blog more than reading other peoples blogs (Yes, the evil truth. I am a self centered person who is just not all that interested in other people’s day to day lives and pictures).

I haven’t read a truly enthralling book in a while, and not much on TV interests me.

I’ve been bored.

So, I found a couple new activities (besides Ebay) to occupy myself, that I thought my readers may enjoy:

1) The International One-Minute Film Festival. ONe-Minute films form around the world. I love watching these. Not sure why, I just do. And if you google “one minute films”,you can find similar sites.

2) Scrapblogging. You can make beautiful online scrapbooks here, and loading takes FOREVER so it is time consuming as well as productive. I am slowly doing one for the girl to share with her when the baby comes, and will do one for the baby as well. Not sure if they can be printed or not, but they’ll be fun to view and share online.  I may even do some fun ones…like a dress scrapblog, or a purse scrapblog or an eye-makeup scrapblog!!!

Well, the Wii fairy has not come yet

But playing today did encourage me to hop onto the dance pad and play 40 minutes of Pump It Up tonight!! I have not played in 6 months and forgot how much fun and sweat inducing it is…though is fairness to me the last 3 of them it was because we had no TV connected to the X-box. The man just got us a new TV for the living room today…thanx sweetie!

P.S. Did I mention I played DDR on the Wii today? It was awesome and my cousins totally pretended to be impressed by my negligable skills!

If you are wondering what these games look like, check it out here. This kid is amazing!
