I did my last long run tonight, about 10.5 miles (16.7k), in 2 hours. The hard training is done!! Next week I have 2 short runs…and a week from now I’ll be done the half-marathon.
That’s right. All these runs…just me and my shadow (which I love to watch).
I’m thinking I may listen to a pod cast during my half. I’m sick of my music and find listening to speaking slows me down a bit so I can pace myself and go further. I’ve been listening to Jillian Michaels. Fun, but, any suggestions? Something engaging and funny please!
