Today, I did this:
I cannot hold it for long, cannot get my leg as high as I’d like, my standing foot should be facing more forward, and I need to work on squaring my shoulders better…but I’m getting there!!!! I wonder how thin one would have to be to not have ugly tummy rolls in this position…or maybe they go away
if when I can stand up straighter???
