Lasagna…chips!

At around 100 calories and a gram of fat for a serving (around 12 chips) a nice alternative to traditional chips.

Cook lasagna noodles, pat dry, cut, and lay out on a pan sprayed or brushed with olive oil:

Sprinkle bread crumbs, parmesan cheese (I used reduced fat) and whatever else (garlic powder?).

Bake at 400 until crispy (about 15 minutes), cool, eat!
