No grain, day 1

Breakfast: scrambled egg with cheese

Snack: 2% Greek yogurt with berries

Lunch: chicken souvlaki platter with salad and tabbouleh

Snack: mozzarella cheese stick, handful of roasted almonds

Dinner: small lettuce and tomato salad, stir fried veggies (peppers, onions, spinach, sprouts, baby corn, water chestnuts, mushrooms) with blackened snapper at Fire and Ice
