No Grain, Day 7

1 week in, 1 to go!

Breakfast:4% yogurt, 3 slices turkey breast, 1 part skim string cheese, mixed fruit.

Snack: Mixed nuts, 2% Greek yogurt.

Lunch: butternut squash and sweet potato soup.

Snack: peanuts, banana, cantaloupe.

Dinner: stir fried tofu and peppers

Run Update
I did my first half-marathon training run today. 3 miles, 29:30. Very good for me to keep below a 10 minute mile for 3 miles! 1 run down…34 to go!
