No grain, day 8

Break-fast: Scrambled egg with part skim cheese.

Snack: Mixed nuts, apple.

Lunch: stir fried chicken, asparagus and mushrooms.

Snack: mixed nuts, apple.

Dinner: small cup lentil soup, chicken lettuce wraps ( ground lean chicken tossed with onions, garlic, chili garlic sauce, honey, low sodium soy sauce, and 1 tspn peanut butter), handful low-fat French fries.
