No grain, Day 9

Break-fast: Scrambled egg with part skim cheese.

Snack: Mixed nuts, 2% Greek yogurt

Lunch: chicken lentil soup, part skim string cheese

Snack: umm. I forget? Oh…skinny latte!

Dinner: green salad, baked potato (mostly skin), tilapia, green beans, sliced almonds.

Dessert: mixed fruit (melon, strawberries, blueberries)

Soon: glass of white…’cause it’s Friday night!
