I am not gonna post what i eat every day, like I did last time. Just some highlights. Had scrambled eggs and cheese for breakfast both days, lots of soups, apples and cheese. Quinoa with zucchini, onions and feta and some butternut squash casserole last night. Stir fried tofu and veggies tonight.
I am doing okay with figuring out what to eat.
I am so tired I could cry.
I forgot how much the first few days of my body adjusting to no carb-induced-energy-rushes sucked!
