A month (and a few days later)

Remember November, the month of the headstand?
I am no longer doing daily headstands, but I do them whenever I practice yoga (after class if it is not part of the class) so maybe 5-6 a week. I continue to improve, and am now able to get up with straight legs! It is still not “perfect” (my legs need to be higher and straighter in headstand, lower in pike) but I am pleased with my progress!
