Passover treat

Since I brought it up, I guess I should share my Passover Salted Toffee Matzo recipe…a great treat for the end of Passover, when everyone thinks they are done with Matzo!

Melt a couple tablespoons of unsalted butter in a saucepan or microwave, then throw in some brown sugar and stir until it is pasty.

Spoon into 2 slices of matzoh laid on a oiled (or topped with something nonstick) cookie sheet.

Pop in the 350 degrees oven for 5 minutes or so, until bubbly.

Pull out and spread the butter/sugar stuff with a spatula or brush, then top with a sprinkle of seasalt and handful of chocolate chips.

Pop back in the oven a couple minutes, the pull out and spread the chocolate.

Cool at room temp or in the fridge.

Enjoy!!!
