So, my plan, 2 parts:
a) Stay with Ashtanga. Be patient. Work and wait for it. Focus on the breath, movement and progress of my practice wherever it takes me.
b) I am not dieting but I am trying to be more mindful of the little indulgences I’ve been indulging in a bit too often lately. I am also cutting down my wine drinking to weekends only. Not because a glass of wine a night is an issue alcohol wise…but because there is no use is avoiding snacks in the evening if ill be drinking 100 calories or so. So, I’ll have to calm my mind for bed with tea instead.
