Okay, so for some reason the picture makes it look like something that was removed in a surgery. I promise this quick and easy fish actually looks much more appetizing, and tastes awesome.
Me? A culinary photographer? Not so much.
But anyways. All I did was dredge (that’s the word, right? Yup!) tilapia filets in this stuff:
…then fry in a cooking spray coated pan for a few minutes in each side. It’s like blackened, but with a sweeter flavour.
