The other day I grabbed a bag of rice vermicelli noodles from the supermarket, and made my own Asian inspired creation, from my memories of Korea.
-2 cups cooked noodles
-1/2 shredded zucchini
-1/4 chopped onion
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-2 tablespoon (gluten-free if required) soy sauce
-teaspoon minced garlic
A much more successful experiment than the pancakes!!
