Farfel

I finally got myself a cast-iron pan! Well, a “lite” inexpensive one from Canadian tire. But it’s a start! My first project, gluten-free vegetarian matzo farfel.

I sautéed onion and garlic, then added chopped zucchini and sliced mushrooms. Tossed in some broth soaked (gluten-free) crushed matza and…yum!
