Zoë left for her third year of sleepover camp on Sunday. It’s always hard to say goodbye (Charlotte was bawling!), but she loves it and I’m sure she’s having an awesome time. Can’t wait to see her on visitors’ day!
Today was Canada day. Because Lotte has had a bit of a tummy ache (likely from the antibiotics she just finished), we decided to stay close to home. Enjoyed hanging out in our local park:
I also got a much needed pedicure, I’ve been running more again (yeah me!) and my toes are a mess. I chose Vinylux in hot pop pink and loved it so much I bought it on Ebay as soon as I got home!
We enjoyed a barbecue dinner at home, taking advantage if Zoë the (not-even-fish-eating) vegetarian’s absence and made some yummy sole. Brushed with a combo of butter, lemon juice, mustard, salt and garlic and grilled on foil:
Dessert was these banana peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Good, sorta cakey:
HAPPY CANADA DAY!
