Okay. Fake-crabby. I found some gluten free kosher surimi (this one) yesterday, and used it today. I love surimi. Unfortunately, it has gluten and I’ve had to give it up! Go this Gluten free sure was a find! I made this salad:
To make it I chopped up some Surimi (7 sticks) and a small avocado, and then mixed it with a couple tablespoons of mayonnaise, a splash of lemon juice, and some salt and pepper. It was delicious! Now, I have to learn to make sushi.
